Course access may be limited by time or subscription period as specified at the time of enrollment. Access may be extended for institutional licenses or subscriptions.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue courses at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify enrolled users of significant changes.
6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Platform, including courses, case studies, whole slide images, teaching materials, and software, is the intellectual property of EuroCNS or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
6.2 User-Generated Content
By submitting content (annotations, discussions, comments) to the Platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content for educational purposes on the Platform.
6.3 Prohibited Uses
You may not:
- Download, copy, or redistribute course materials without authorization
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use automated tools to scrape or download content
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Platform
- Use content for commercial purposes without permission
7. Educational Use and Clinical Disclaimer

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. We do not store your complete payment card information.
9.3 Refunds
Refund policies are specified at the time of course enrollment. Generally, refunds may be available within 14 days of enrollment if less than 20% of the course has been completed.
